I'm alive!

No worries...we're all fine and well here. We were without power for around 24 hours. It wasn't so bad. There was a ton of damage done though all throughout the state. A house not too far from me had a tree fall through their car and a section of their house. O.o Yikes....

What a bizarre storm. One second the sky is sunny and fine, then it starts to get a bit darker...you can tell a thunderstorm is coming. Literally a second later the sky is pure black and it opens up to torrential downpour, hail, thunder, lightning, really strong winds...the whole nine yards. Scary stuff!

Anyway...I have her week in the life post about half-way written. It's a long one but it's coming. I promise! :)

Wow...

2" hail, pouring rain, no power, thunderstorms, trees down, power lines down....

It's a good day? Logging off for a while...power will be down a while.

I've been taking a ton of pictures over the past few days. I plan on doing a "Week in the Life of" blog like my good friend Ramee did for her adorable son Braden!

In the meantime, you can ignore my previous blog because house hunting has been postponed again. Due to some financial troubles courtesy of Adam's work....we are in no position to buy a house. :'(

Back on the hunt...

We're house hunting again. It's a very frustrating experience though. I just know that the right house for us is out there somewhere though. I'll keep you updated.

Not much else to say though. Same stuff different day. We're going to see Brad Paisley this weekend though!!

Zoo trip

We all had a great time! The weather was perfect. Not to hot, not to cold - a little windy. We went the WHOLE time with only one tantrum and the tantrum was only because some other kid got on the carousel panda bear before she did. :( Poor thing. I really think Miranda is learning a lot when we take her places like this. I hope to get a membership to the children museums (one price for a BUNCH of different museums) so that we can go whenever we want. :) Fun times.

This is a sad week for the Orlowski family...Quinne's birthday is Thursday. Feel free to leave a comment on that day to wish her a happy birthday and let her know how much she is missed.
